Hellooooooo everyone! Well, it has been a very long time since I wrote anything but you know how it is eh? Anyway, the sun is shinning today and the snow is almost gone! YAHOO! Yesterday was the last day of skiing for me and it was very, very wet! Spring Splash, they call it and this year it was awesome! The one big puddle was about three feet deep in the middle! So winter is officially over now and spring is just around the corner! Finally! Anyway, I gotta go because I am writing this huge report on the position of Sierra Leone and it's sooooo long! TTFN!

Hello again! Well, I survived Valentines day boyfriendless and met a really nice french guy fresh from Montreal. Hmmm............lots of potential there? = ) well, regardless, he is billingual, andery nice, so check mark in my books! Nothing much is new with my family, but it has been raining for the past 2 days and the country is one big slush puddle! Anyway, I should go, but I will be back later, if I can.

Hello everybody! Well, long time, no talk, but life up here has been pretty crazy. So, what is new in the world with everybody huh? Anything new? Remember, I have no T.V., so I'm like, in the dark. So, my life today. Well, me and my long time boyfriend just broke up, so I'm kinda bummed. He was like the first serious boyfriend in a long time. Now I have to deal with all the creeps that are coming out of their holes. Any tips anyone? I mean, really, how do you tell them to piss off without sounding mean and horrible. Hmmmmmmmmm.......I will think about that one later. 'till tomorrow.

Hello everybody! well, I am back. It is warmer up here now, and a blizzard is forming, so I am hoping the hills will be good next weekend. My life right now? Hmmm..............sort of like a bad dream, flashing by me, making little or no sense at all. Like dark shadows cast by the trees when you are speeding through the forest late at night, my thoughts are becoming more and more jumbled everyday. My mother has another court date scheduled sometime in the future and I know that although she acts brave about what is going on, it is scaring her. It would scare me too! Jails aren't the friendliest of places. I don't want my mom to go to jail. I don't want her to be guilty! Hell! I know she isn't! LIfe is not fair, you know! Life is not fair! (sigh) More bad dreams, more jumbled thoughts. Oh, for a ray of sunshine!

Hey everybody! Well, the dreaded exams are finally over! Yahoo! This means that I have two days to relax before the next sememster starts! I worked so hard on those damn tests and i better get a good mark! Another reason to celebrate: I am over 100 visitors now! yahoo! People I don't even know are actually listening to what I think! Thanks alot guys, this place means alot to a girl from the sticks! Anyway........uh....nothing much is new, except for the fact that my sisters baby is near due now, and we are all getting ready for that! Anyway, the buses are here, to take me home to a hot shower and.......oh wait! There is no stupid running water!!!!!!! Arg! Anyway, I should go face the world.

And it's a chilly day out there. One of those days where the perfect place to be is inside, but oh no, I'm ouside hiking around "scenic Haliburton" willing myself against frostbite.
After all, it's only -18, and I am perfectly safe, although I still can't feel my fingers and nose, and my ears are curiously black-ish grey. yes......very curious. I feel as if I am 2 days behind the real world at my best days, and 2 centuries behind at my worst. Life is passing me by again, I can feel it, and I am in a rut. I need to get out of this life. Anyway, I should go, I will contemplate the nice thought that tomorrow is another day to fall asleep. yes, that is a nice thought. talk to ya'll later.

Hey everybody! What's new in the world? Up here, the only thing new and exciting is the fact that we got close to a foot of snow last night, and now the snowbanks are passing my knees and nearing my waist. I had lots of fun shoveling out the driveway and now I am contemplating saving up to buy a beater-plow truck and learn to plow so we can actually use our driveway. Hint to all house buyers: When you are looking at buying a house, make sure that the driveway has a slope of less than 60 degrees, otherwhise you will suffer. Believe me, my driveway is about 65-70 degree slope, and all the water runs downhill to our house! I am living in a giant puddle! But that may turn out to be a good thing, as we still don't have proper running water. It seems like I am standing still and everyone is passing me by, and I don't know who to blame. I can't wait for summer because we will drill our well and finish our house..........but wait, I hear myself say that, and it's like: didn't my parents say that last year, and the year before? I just can't win! I am working this weekend, and exams start Monday, so I'm looking forward to a fun week!

Hello again from hick town! It's another frosty day out there, but at least it's a sunny one. I'm mad at both of my parents now, and not talking to anybody in my family, save for my pets. My dad has this crazy idea that he is trying to get me to join in with. He bought an old clunker jeep and says it's so that us kids can take it out on the lake and learn to drive again. I mean, for christ sake, the thing is missing it's doors! And lets not forget that it has only half a roof! But I guess it's a good thing, because when we do break through the ice, we will be able to escape through the many uncovered areas. But really, I am so pissed off with the whole parents having all the authority thing! Helll, I'm just pissed off with authority! Like, a school near me has a new VP and she just banned high fives because they are a "sign of violence". I mean, FOR FUCKS SAKE! They are freaking high fives! and I really don't think the 8 year olds give a fucking damn! But hey, if you have the position, you can do whatever the fuck you want. I think kids should have more authority in the world. Ya, then it would be better. The only wars would be food fights, and every hurt could be solved with a kiss and a band-aid. I want a life. I want a real life. I'm planning on taking a long vacation to the states when spring comes around, but until then, exams start tomorrow and it's back to the grindstone. Luv ya'll

Hey everybody, It's a beautiful day in Haliburton! The sun is shining, the hicks are drinking, the students are happy. And who wouldn't be? On a day like this. it's very easy to walk to town to buy beer or weed or whatever your little heart desires. Cowboy will have it all. Cowboy always has anything you want....for a price. But really, that guy kinda creeps me out, and I try to avoid him. I'm worried for my little sis, though. She is going to be in town late tonight and that is when the parties really get going and things start to happen. I still think of her as the ten year old cling-along, that used to idolize me and follow me everywhere. Now we don;t even talk. She's getting older. Hell, I'm getting older, and we're all stuck on this treadmill we like to call life. It's like, the whole thing is slipping past me. I don't want to look back on my life when I am fifty and realize I didn't do anything with my life. Well, the bell should be going soon, and then it's outside to the sunshine for me! TTFN byezy-bye!

Hey everybody!
Well, this weekend was much better than last, I went to the hill, proceeded to learn all sorts of new tricks on a board, and now I am seriously hurting! My best trick, by far, is the fall on my ass, then bounce onto my head, number. It's really spectacular, especially when the grand finally is having some cute guy crash into me and my board. Cool Porsche, real cool. But it was not all lost, the cute guy ended up helping me perfect my land-on-my-ass trick, and many others. Not too bad for one day huh? The saddest part has got to be when i look back and realize my 10 year old brother is better than me and is getting more envious looks than I ever am! (sigh) It's so sad. But I got a new board, a Burton Punch, and proceeded to scratch it all up. My parents must not know or I will die! But the hill was great! -5, and lots of powder, finally! a payback for all those shitty days! The sun is shining today, and the sky is blue. I wanna be outside, instead of cooped up in here, but oh well. Exams start this week and I must become more of a bookworm if my 90% average is to survive. Well, I gotta get out of this town somehow.
Anyways, I should go, the workload is getting heavier and I have lots and lots to do. Luv ya'll keep reading and I'll talk to ya soon.
